Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful stay at this charming boutique hotel with extremely nice and helpful staff. The room was spacious and stylish, providing great value for the price. The only downside was that I didn't request not to be placed next to the elevator, but it wasn't too disruptive. The breakfast delivered to my door was a lovely touch and made my mornings even better.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel in New Orleans, with beautiful and spacious rooms, and exceptional service from Leonce at the front desk. However, my experience was slightly marred by a significant inconvenience regarding the valet service, which did not operate as expected, and the rude response from the front desk staff. Overall, it’s a charming spot in a great area but seems to have some room for improvement in service handling.
I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the bed, which made for great nights of sleep. The location is fantastic, right on the streetcar line, making it easy to explore New Orleans without the hassle of driving. While the service was generally friendly, there were moments when it felt a bit lacking in enthusiasm. Overall, it was a solid choice with just a few minor areas for improvement.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel, with exceptional service from the staff and a fantastic location right on St. Charles Avenue. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. However, I did find the parking fee a bit pricey. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money considering the quality of the stay.
I had a wonderful experience at the St Charles Coach House. The location is incredibly convenient, especially with the trolley stop right outside, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering great comfort. The service was exceptional, thanks to the enthusiastic hotel clerk. On the downside, the dining options were quite limited, and I did notice some area that could use more attention, like the cleanliness of common spaces. Overall, it was fantastic value for money and I can't wait to return.
