I had a delightful stay at this charming boutique hotel with extremely nice and helpful staff. The room was spacious and stylish, providing great value for the price. The only downside was that I didn't request not to be placed next to the elevator, but it wasn't too disruptive. The breakfast delivered to my door was a lovely touch and made my mornings even better.

However, my experience was slightly marred by a significant inconvenience regarding the valet service, which did not operate as expected, and the rude response from the front desk staff. Overall, it’s a charming spot in a great area but seems to have some room for improvement in service handling.

I had a wonderful experience at the St Charles Coach House. The location is incredibly convenient, especially with the trolley stop right outside, making it easy to explore the city.
